- Assessing customer propensity through debtor scoring and analytics
- Tailoring Call-Centre strategies based on the debtors financial position
- Obtaining the most recent contact information in order to achieve RPC
- Bespoke training to ensure that we are able to provide the debtor with sufficient information and options to resolve debt
- Increasing pressure through escalations on debtors who do not honor their commitments
