  • Tailoring Call-Centre strategies based on the debtors financial position
  • Obtaining the most recent contact information in order to achieve RPC
  • Bespoke training to ensure that we are able to provide the debtor with sufficient information and options to resolve debt
  • Increasing pressure through escalations on debtors who do not honor their commitments
